What is measured

With your permission, the site sends page views and selected internal navigation and section views to PostHog’s EU service. Events use a pseudonymous first-party browser identifier and session state so a consented visit can be followed across page loads. We store only a canonical page path, a bounded source category, approved campaign labels, a first page for the current session, and coarse browser, device, operating-system, language and viewport categories.

Raw query strings, URL fragments, search terms, form contents, shop identifiers, shopper data and order data are excluded. Campaign source, medium and campaign name are reduced to a short approved set; the verification campaign is marked as test traffic. A manually supplied campaign tag remains separate from an observed external referrer.

Provider and retention

PostHog is configured for the European Union. It receives network connection metadata, including your IP address; this project discards stored client IP and has GeoIP enrichment paused. The current free-plan setting retains website analytics events for one year. Pairwise uses these events to understand which public pages and referral categories visitors use.

Analytics is optional. Your saved preference is stored in this browser until you change or clear it. Choosing “Decline analytics” prevents future events from being sent; choosing it later stops collection on this browser. Events already sent remain under the provider’s configured retention period. No session replay, advertising, automatic person profiles, feature flags, surveys, or automatic click capture is enabled.
