Turn Pairwise add-ons on in your store

Follow the separate Shopify theme-save and Pairwise offer-publication steps, then verify the shopper placement you intend to use.

Putting an add-on live requires two different decisions: save the Pairwise theme embed in Shopify, then explicitly publish reviewed offers in Pairwise. Preparing an offer or opening the theme editor does neither action for you.

Step 1: save the theme embed

In Pairwise, open the Go live in 2 steps guide.
Choose Open theme editor to reach the relevant Shopify theme setting.
Switch the Pairwise theme embed on, then press Shopify’s Save.
Return to Pairwise and select Check again when that control is available.

The status should confirm the saved theme setting. If it does not, do not assume that opening the editor enabled the embed. Check the selected theme and repeat the save only after confirming the intended setting.

Step 2: publish reviewed offers

After the saved theme state is confirmed, review the offers shown in Pairwise and select Publish all N only when those offers are ready. The number reflects the current eligible offer set. A held pairing is not a fit confirmation and should stay out of publication until evidence supports it.

Verify the shopper surface

Open the relevant product page or cart surface and check the accessory name, “Fits” relationship and full price. Separate checks on Horizon 4.2.0 cover the product page, cart page and cart drawer. See theme and placement support before relying on another theme version or cart implementation.

If you want to stop showing offers later, use the appropriate pause or unpublish control in Pairwise. Pausing offers and changing the theme embed are separate states. For the product example, see the synthetic accessory flow.
